RizenCall

Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

Service

RizenCall is a Rizenware service that provides AI-assisted business phone answering, call routing, lead capture, appointment workflows, messaging, and related account tools. The service may depend on third-party telecommunications, hosting, payment, database, and email providers.

Business use and account responsibility

You are responsible for your workspace, authorized users, business configuration, caller instructions, transfer destinations, connected services, and the legality and accuracy of content or workflows you configure. Keep account credentials secure and promptly remove users who should no longer have access.

Recording and communications consent

You are responsible for determining and satisfying laws, notices, permissions, and consent requirements that apply to call recording, transcription, AI assistance, SMS, email, and other communications you enable. RizenCall provides recording-disclosure and retention controls to assist with your configuration, but those controls do not replace your legal obligations.

Messaging

You may not use RizenCall to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications. You must honor applicable opt-out requirements and carrier rules. Supported RizenCall messaging workflows recognize standard opt-out commands, but you remain responsible for the campaigns and messages you initiate or configure.

Phone numbers and porting

Phone numbers may be provisioned, ported, or released through telecommunications providers. Do not cancel an existing carrier before a port is confirmed complete. Number availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled release safeguards may delay release to reduce accidental loss.

Billing

Paid plans, usage charges, additional-number fees, taxes, credits, and billing-cycle changes are processed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your account. Upgrades may take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades may be scheduled for the next billing period. Failed payments may result in a grace period or service restrictions.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses, summaries, classifications, and extracted information can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing configurations and for using appropriate human oversight where errors could cause harm, financial loss, missed obligations, or other significant consequences.

Emergency and high-risk use

RizenCall is not an emergency calling service and must not be relied upon to contact emergency responders, dispatch life-safety services, or make decisions that require guaranteed real-time availability or professional judgment.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Telecommunications networks, carriers, hosting providers, integrations, maintenance, and events outside our control can affect availability or delivery.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage or billing controls, impersonate others unlawfully, or use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal discrimination, or other unlawful activity.

Data and privacy

Our handling of service data is described in the RizenCall Privacy Notice. Workspace administrators are responsible for determining what caller information they instruct RizenCall to collect and for responding to obligations applicable to their business.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the product evolves. You may cancel supported subscriptions through the account tools. Certain operational steps, including phone-number release or port completion and retention safeguards, may continue after cancellation.
