Overview
RizenCall is a Rizenware service that provides AI-assisted business phone answering, lead capture, appointment workflows, messaging, and related account tools. This notice explains the information RizenCall processes when customers and callers use the service.
Information we process
Depending on how the service is used, RizenCall may process account and workspace information, business configuration, phone numbers, call metadata, caller contact details, transcripts, summaries, appointment and lead information, message delivery records, billing references, audit activity, and call-recording links when recording retention is enabled.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, route and answer calls, generate requested AI outputs, send configured follow-ups and notifications, process billing and usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain audit records, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
RizenCall relies on infrastructure and communications providers to operate the service, including providers for telephony and messaging, payment processing, database hosting, application hosting, and transactional email. These providers process information as needed to perform their services.
Call recordings and transcripts
Workspace administrators control whether RizenCall retains call-recording links and may select a retention period. Transcripts, summaries, and other call records can remain available separately from recording links. Customers are responsible for configuring and using recording features in accordance with laws and consent requirements that apply to their calls.
SMS preferences
RizenCall recognizes standard opt-out keywords such as STOP and related commands for supported automated messaging workflows. START or UNSTOP may restore messaging where supported. Customers remain responsible for obtaining any consent required for messages they configure or initiate.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, satisfy configured retention settings, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Workspace exports are available to authorized users. Some deletion functions may require cancellation of billing, completion of phone-number release or porting, and other safeguards before data can be removed.
Security
RizenCall uses access controls, signed webhook verification, rate limiting, audit logging, and other technical safeguards designed to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Authorized workspace users can update business settings, manage team access, configure recording retention, export workspace data, and change supported notification settings. Individuals may also contact the business they called regarding information collected through that business's RizenCall workspace.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
