RizenCall is built with layered controls around authentication, workspace separation, provider integrations, billing, and sensitive operational actions.
Protected accounts
Password authentication, server-side sessions, protected cookies, rate limiting, and same-origin request protections.
Separated admin access
Platform administration is authorized separately from customer workspace roles. Customer owners do not automatically receive platform access.
Scoped workspace data
Application reads and writes are tenant-scoped so customer workspaces remain separated.
Verified provider events
Billing and telephony integrations validate inbound webhook requests before processing provider events.
Security concerns can be reported to security@rizencall.com. Do not include passwords, card details, API keys, or authentication codes.
